Project Status

The FAA is considering public and agency comments received on the Final EIS and is preparing the agency's Record of Decision (ROD).

The ROD is expected to be issued in late 2011. Notification of the FAA's issuance of the ROD will be provided in the Federal Register and in local newspaper advertisements.

Copies of the ROD, when issued, will be made available locally. The ROD will also be available for viewing and download from this web site.

• Notice of Intent (NOI) to Prepare an EIS and Hold Scoping Meetings (published in the Federal Register on January 26, 2007)

• FAA Record of Decision (Not Available Yet - Expected in December 2011)

Notification will be provided in the Project Status portion of this website when any new EIS documents are available.
