Because of the changes in the implementation schedule for the Proposed Project and the delay in publishing the FEIS, the FAA solicited agency and public comments on the FEIS. To provide an opportunity for public involvement, the FAA provided a 45 day comment period on the FEIS. No workshops or Public Hearing were conducted for the FEIS.
The public comment period on the FEIS began on February 4, 2011 and closed on March 21, 2011.
